Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood, very easy to reach by the excellent public transportation of Krakow. The rooms, although a bit dated with older model TVs and no air conditioning, were clean but not as spacious as expected for a 4-star hotel. The service provided was a mix of extremely rude behavior from the hotel manager but kindness from the rest of the staff. The location, just 15 minutes away by tram from the center, offers convenience with good access to public transport. The dining experience was lacking, as we had to ask for hot food, and the facilities were average.
The hotel is located out of the city center in a more residential area, which may not suit everyone, but the price is very good considering the value offered. The rooms are in need of updating but are very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The service is exceptional with staff going out of their way to assist guests. The dining experience may not be to everyone's taste, but the facilities are decent for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to explore Krakow. My room, despite needing some upgrades soon, was spacious, clean, and included complimentary mineral water. The service, apart from a minor hiccup with a chatty receptionist, was friendly and helpful. The tranquil neighborhood ensures a peaceful night's rest, and the proximity to public transport is convenient. The dining experience offered a varied buffet with delicious options. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting my basic needs during the stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms looked good but had uncomfortable beds and a shower that flooded the bathroom floors. On the bright side, my room was spotlessly clean with twin beds, a mini bar, TV, and plenty of storage space.
The hotel had pretty good rooms that were spacious and well-equipped with a TV and mini bar, although cleanliness could have been better. The service was very pleasant and efficient, with staff working tirelessly to assist guests. The location was quiet, allowing for a tight sleep, and offered easy access to the city's attractions. The dining experience was quite poor, although the Dutch products were nice. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is in a nice neighborhood very easy to reach by the excellent public transportation in Krakow. The rooms had all the facilities one might expect, though it was a bit cold during the night. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, even preparing breakfast for take out. The location is relatively close to the center, but you need to take a tram to reach the downtown area, which may take about 20 minutes. The dining options were typical of what you expect in these hotels, nothing fancy but ample buffet style with hot breakfast available upon request.
The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood, very easy to reach by the excellent public transportation system in Krakow. The rooms were a bit cold during the night but clean, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, the location is a bit far from the downtown of Krakow, requiring a tram ride to reach the city center.
The hotel had very spacious rooms that were a bit cold at night but were otherwise well before the official occupancy time. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to assist guests, including providing late-night meals. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a pleasant neighborhood. The dining experience was adequate, following safety protocols, but with room for improvement. Overall, the facilities were good but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to public transport and just a short distance from the city center. The dining experience was perfect, with a plentiful breakfast and great service. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was massive with a big and comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, equipped with twin beds, mini bar, TV, ample storage space, bathrobes, and slippers. The modern bathroom was pristine, although the chilly external temperature of minus 1 degrees Celsius made it feel a bit cold. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and even spoke Czech/Slovak, enriching my experience. The location was quite good, offering a calm setting while being conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to reach the city center. Dining was satisfactory with a good spread, although it could have more offerings. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall stay.
